In case of event cancellation by the organizers, participants will be notified via email and phone. A full refund will be processed within 14-21 business days.

Refunds are processed in accordance with our cancellation policy outlined in Section 3.

By registering for our events, participants agree to:

• Follow all event rules and guidelines
• Behave respectfully towards organizers, mentors, and fellow participants
• Take responsibility for their own equipment and belongings
• Allow photography and videography for promotional purposes (unless opted out)
• Provide accurate information during registration

Participants who violate event rules or engage in inappropriate behavior may be removed from the event.

Robokranti and its organizers, sponsors, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Personal injuries or accidents during events
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Travel or accommodation expenses in case of event cancellation
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Issues arising from third-party services

Participants are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage. Parents/guardians of minor participants are responsible for their supervision and safety.

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided during events remain the property of Robokranti unless otherwise specified. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use event materials without written permission.

Participants retain ownership of their own projects and creations developed during events.
